 it is often said that the ku of the ¨Mutamagawa¨ really arent that different than the haiku in the ¨Ḧuman Affairs¨ section of haiku. A lot of the ku in the ¨Mutamagawa¨ would eventually serve as precursors to what would be known as ´senryu´
