4 sedoka

because

of bad decision making 

very sleepy...

fatigue's weight mocks me 

after falling heavily 

on both of my eyelids 

-

someone's laughter 

in the darkness...

only 9:17 pm 

in this back office 

wondering about many things

and nothing at all 

-

fighting back yawns

having checked

two folks in 

silently cursing clock

wanting this shift to end

wanting home and bed 

-

and what of these 

free form sedoka 

what could i spill 

into this

rush of six lines down 

quickly
